I plan to be in Montana June 18 to July 27.  This is mostly for some family time, medical checkups and taking care of some business to dissolve  International Christian Mission. I'll have a short stop-over in Moses Lake, WA on my way back to the Philippines. I'll be back in the Philippines by July 31. Soon after I get back to Montana, I will revive my old Trak Phone number which you can use to contact me while I am there (406-647-4698). Those in the Philippines may continue to send texts to me on my Philippine Cell phone (0921-592-0867).

Team 3 back in Navotas

We made it back by Monday morning after a 12 hour bus ride.  Praise God for another successful mission with a great team.

San Jose Team Return Trip

Our plan is to travel Sunday night and arrive back in Navotas Monday morning.

San Jose Upate

After all night travel we arrived in San Jose before 7 AM Friday. Today, Saturday, we celebrated the church anniversary. We had a great service with the 2 young men we brought with us giving testimonies. God really used them. Tomorrow will center around a big wedding in the church family. Thank you for your prayers

In about 3 hours, I'll be leaving with Mission Team #3 going to San Jose, Camarines Sur.  We are a team of 5 and will be gone only until Monday. Please do pray for us.

Praise the Lord. Bicol Team 2 made it back to Navotas safe and sound late last night. We are all full of joy because of another successful outreach, this time to our church in Tabgon, Caramoan. Team 1 back to Navotas

Sorry that my posts from Ragay were only few.  It was really hard to connect to the internet with my cell phone there.  Anyway, PRAISE GOD.  We had a very successful mission. Everything, the water, the electric power, the weather... it all cooperated.  We just got safely back to Navotas.  More details and pictures will come.  I will be busy now preparing for TEAM 2 to go to Caramoan, leaving Thursday.  So, I don't have much time to rest. I've got a bit of a respiratory infection and I'll be medicating and praying for that to clear up quickly.  Thank you for all your prayers.

VBS in Ragay

This was our first day of VBS in the mountain village of Baya in Ragay, Camarines Sur. 122 students.

Bicol Team 1

We all made it to Ragay this morning about 11, after leaving Navotas about 3:45 AM. Praise God for a safe trip and good weather. DVBS starts tommorrow in the mountain village of Bayan.

Back in Navotas

I made it back to Navotas from Caramoan at about 3 AM Tuesday (March 20).  It was a stormy day in Bicol and my travel took me 19 hours.  Needless to say I remain a little tired.  Thank you all for the prayers.  Overall, it was a great trip.  More in my coming newsletter.

Caramoan

I finally made it to our church in Tabgon, Caramoan, Camarines Sur. I will be here until Monday. Here is a picture of sunrise taken from our boat at about 6AM this morning.

Bicol Trip again

I will be in Bicol again March 13-19.  First in Ragay, and then most of the time in Caramoan.  When possible, I will post updates from my cell phone.

Rain Continues in Caramoan

It seems the rain is not going to let up anytime soon in Caramoan.  One of our members there posted this picture of the road situation near out church.

Back in Navotas

I came back to Navotas early because of bad weather in the Caramoan area.  Continuous rain there has left the roads in a mess.  Going there would mean using all my time and effort just to get to places, and the people would not be able to gather for meetings.  So, I decided to postpone the Caramoan portion of my trip. Praise God for a good trip to Ragay, San Jose and Naga.

Sunday in San Jose

I had a good and productive day of ministry in San Jose. This evening we are going to a member's house for some serious eating and fellowship. I will go to Naga tommorrow.

Rain

I'm in a bus now going to San Jose. Continuous rain here. Most likely will not go to Caramoan because of all the rain. Probably back to Manila by Wednesday.

Ragay 2

I will remain here in Ragay tonight, and then, travel to our church in San Jose Saturday morning.

Ragay

I traveled all night by bus from Manila and arrived in Ragay at 5 AM. Weather is alternating rain and hot and humid. Pastors Rove and Thessie doing fine. Here is a picture of Rove and son Jeush on way to a Bible study in a mountain village.

Bicol trip

I plan to be in Bicol from Jan 19 to 31. I will post blog updates from there via cell phone as possible. This is the pre-test.
